PO Purchase Order Header and Item Description - Increase InputLength

Currently Vista only allows the input of 60 characters into both the PO Header 'Description' field and the PO Item 'Description' field - This will not work for complex projects that require very long descriptions. A limit of 500 characters

Some examples provided were:

    Hey Mark, that is exactly what I've suggested to them for the time being as a workaround. Due to the nature of these projects they need the description to allow the additional characters so this won't work long term.

    Since the description fields have this current limitation, can your team use the header or item notes fields?
