Link JC Rate Template IDs with Job Numbers or incrase field length

We have one Rate Template per Job but the Rate Template ID only allows 4 characters and our job/project numbers are 5 characters.  I've had to create a ud field with a lookup to link to a project number but would be great if this is built-in.  Not sure if we'd ever need more than one rate template per job.  At least increase the template ID to match the number of characters of a job (8).

  Agree, the field length should be the same as JB Rate Templates (10) as you normally use the same numbering scheme.
