Add Submittal Register to PM Document Tracking

Several Vista updates ago, the Submittal Register was added to replace PM Submittals 6.5.  The Submittal Register was not added as a tab to PM Document Tracking.

    Greg,

    Thanks for your thoughtful and insightful response.  Unfortunately, our Viewpoint users don't use nor do they like PM Work Centers.  They do however like PM document tracking.
