MS Haul Payment Initialize - Change Due Date from Required

One of our users noticed that after upgrading to v6.14.4, the Due Date in MS Haul Payment Initialize is now a required field and is requesting that requirement be removed.  The field is also in Material Payment Worksheet, and is not required.
