We see that there is an option to select the vendor number in the create & send settings. However, our team members don't know numbers, they know names. We would like to have the vendor name added as an option on the list in the create & send settings. That way we can add it to the file name and the email subject line when sending out a subcontract.
We need this because our vendor numbers and PM Firm numbers are not always the same. So the option for the PMFM.FirmName doesn't always work for us.
