added a UDF check box for Bonded projects so we can run a report for bonded projects.

We have reporting requirements for bonded projects for both banking and project management. To be able to check a box and run a report with or without bonded projects would be great function instead of exporting reports and removing bonded projects orto review only bonded projects.
