Zero PO Balance (Button or Task in PM Purchase Orders)

Ability to quickly make the remaining committed on a PO zero.  This could possibly be in the form of a button or task in PM Purchase Orders that would add an item to the PO to bring the balance to zero.  This would make PO clean-up much easier and faster.

  Closing the PO will do that! 

  Just close the PO and the system will create a change order to bring the remaining lines down to $0 for you.  Try it and see if that does what you want?

  You could program a stored procedure to do this, then attach that to a custom button on the form.

  I'll ask our purchasing personnel iff they would use this, and if so, create a solution and link to it here.

  hmm, this may be something that "Professional Services" could do for you as well.
