Surcharges do not post correctly when a hauler is not used. Haul codes do not have to be based on a hauler and can be used without a hauler. When surcharges are posted without a hauler they double hit the sales account. This is most easily demonstrated when in Sale Type J-Job Cost since everything is posted when the ticket is posted as opposed to customer sales where the GL accounts are hit when the tickets are invoiced. If you look at the attachments to this suggestion you can see I have a $1 surcharge attached to a single ticket. When the ticket is posted it posts $2 in surcharges to the sales account. It posts the correct surcharge amount to the intercompany account and the correct amount to the COGS account, but doubles it to sales account. I notified Viewpoint of this bug in 2014, it has yet to be addressed.
