When drafting a subcontract, there is an internal review/approval process before the contract can be issued to the sub. It would be preferable to have a PDF copy of the draft subcontract (rather than a Word document) because our users are far more familiar with markups in Bluebeam than in Word, and markups in Bluebeam are more obvious than those in Word. The option to Create Document from Template is far preferable to creating a document to email (because I wouldn't want to accidentally send a contract before it had been approved internally) and because when I am ready to send the final subcontract, I have to remember to change the method back to Email.
