We either have to create the meeting header to have our distribution defaults come in (then re-enter all of our attendees or minute items) or use the Minute Items Copy, to copy our minute lines, but then manually have to re-enter our distribution group contacts every time.
I'm told by support this isn't a bug but why is there a Distribution Group option for meeting minutes if it doesn't work when using a crucial minutes copy feature on the same form?
