We need to be able to restrict create & send templates by company as well as by project. Each time we create a new company (JV, LLC, etc), we have to create new templates for those entities, then remove those templates as options from every other active job. For example, we currently have 8 different types of subcontracts (standard, materials, design, precon, etc) plus several other document templates that come from the PM Subcontracts form (letter of intent, notices, etc). After creating each of those new subcontracts and letters for each company, we remove those templates, as well as all other templates for the new company, as options from every other active job (and each new job we create). If we try to set the Document Templates at PM Company Parameters, we can define the default document for each Doc Type, but I can't exclude the versions for the other companies/entities.
