Currently SM Standard Items when added to an SM Customer or SM Service Site will default onto each new Workorder opened for that Customer or Service Site as Provisional Work Completed Lines. We would like the ability to have SM Standard Items set as Defaults on the SM Rate Template to default onto new SM Workorders when they are opened as provisional work completed lines so we don't have to set them on each SM Customer or SM Service Site, unless we wanted a specific one for the Site, which would take precedence over the SM Customer, or wanted s specific one set on the SM Customer which would take precedence over the one set on the SM Rate Template, if defaults would be set at those lower levels.
