This used to work perfectly, but now there it pulls from a current detailed forecast that somehow pulls over estimates that are projected at zero. This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. If there are items that you are truly not going to spend, you should not have to make a projection of anything other than zero to get it to show up right on a report. And you shouldn't have to go thru the hassle of change ordering the money out either.. If you are not going to spend money, say a contingency, then you should be allowed to spend zero without screwing up the report.. Please fix it so you can, or give users an option, because it used to work just fine.
