as of right now when a piece of equipment gets charged to a service job. I have to let the service dept. billing employees know what piece of equipment and how long the piece of equipment was used. Once they get that information they go into the SM module and manually enter this into the work order for billing. you can transfer equipment to locations and JC jobs but not SM work order's.
