PM Projection Codes should be 24 characters long (20 characters for phase and 4 characters for cost type) to allow for creation of Projection Codes from Phase and Cost type option to work correctly. If you are using all allowable characters for a phase, there are not enough characters to append the cost type to the phase to create the projection code.
