PM Interface Program to Open With All Items Deselected

When opening the PM Interface program, the window automatically selects all items to be interfaced. Could the default be changed so that no items are selected? The "Select All" and "Deselect All" buttons are very helpful. For inexperienced users, this may not be noticeable and potentially unwanted entries could be posted. If the program was to initially open without the each line item selected, this could potentially save a lot of heartache/heartburn in unraveling posts entered in error. This preventative measure can bring a great deal of relief to those creating or amending the problem.

  Not user specific if the default is "select all".  I don't want to have to walk around to everyones machine and change the preference to " deselect all".  It should be like F3, where I can set a system wide setting.  If that's not possible, and only user specific, ok, but please start with deselect all.

  Would you like to have this set up as a preference toggle per user, and maybe have a checkbox to select all / deselect all?
