This is probably mostly for CapEx at San Manuel but the original contract value column is useless since we have zero sum contracts. When you run the report contract value will be 0, and unless you create an internal PCO for each owner PCO the internal will only show internal PCOs. The pending/submitted owner PCOs are not being reflected and therefore will need to be manual added to know true exposure to the subcontractor. This will help with projections on the TCR so that known costs are not missed. Also, help with MPCRs to know the true projected total costs.
