Remove Vista Analytics Job Data Filter

Trimble is pushing Vista Analytics but Vista Analytics is only applicable to jobs that have a contract start date of < 5 years from today. Heavy Civil projects routinely last 5+ years so a tool that is adopted at project start is unavailable at project end. If a filter is necessary due to data size it should be project status (i.e. exclude closed jobs).

I'd also add there is not a discrete area for Vista Analytics suggestions so I have tagged this as BI.
