Consolidate Employee/ PM Firm Contact tables

Currently we track each employee in PR Employee, PM Firm Contact (for our firm), so that they can show up to be emailed and what-not, and if we had HR, we'd most likely be tracking them there as well. This means phone numbers, email addresses, titles, names, surnames..etc

 

Any chance of consolidating everyone working for the company into one place? PR Employees works fine, as long as private information can be made invisible to everyone who doesn't need to see it.
