Add ability to add a customer purchase order from the SM Invoice Review screen

We have to send a preview of the invoice on order to get a purchase order from some customers. This would allow us to leave the Invoice as "pending" and not burn invoice #'s by having to cancel the pending invoice, add the P.O. and re-invoice.
