Make SM WO Scope/Quote detail section user friendly (formatting)

Currently cannot tab thru for line spacing or add bullet point to SW WO Quote Detail.

Still doing quotes in Word and then converting to PDF for signature. Service Department will not use SM WO Quotes as it is.
