JB Progress Invoice should show sales taxes on released retainage invoices

When releasing retainage, the JB Progress Invoice will not show the sales taxes - it will only show on AR Invoice...which is a totally different format/presentation than JB Progress Invoice. It's not professional to send customers two different invoice formats. Vista's sales tax posting process should work properly, on all invoice templates, and it currently does not, which is unacceptable.
