Our attachment is handled by pVault, so there's no "Blue dot" on any of the form with pVault attachment. It would be ideal to still have some sort of indication on the form to show we have documents attached to the form, maybe a "Yellow dot" to distinguish Vista attachment and 3rd party attachment.
