Generate Fringe Benefit Statement

Capability to generate Fringe Benefit Statements would be very helpful. The deduction codes are already mapped to a corresponding CPR Class Type. The Vendor information can be used to fill in the Payee fields. I'm surprised I don't see prior submissions.
