If I search my material list using filter bar I need to know first word of the description of material in order to find it. for example if material description is 1 1/2 EMT if I type in search bar just EMT it won't find results.

Hi,
The filter bar will accept a % before the search term and will search the entire field, not just the beginning. In your example, you can search for %EMT and all fields containing EMT will be shown.
