When uploading invoices into your system, we've noticed that the field for entering invoice numbers does not allow hyphens or special characters. Since the hard copy invoices often include these characters, the uploaded invoice number doesn't match exactly. As a result, the invoice that is automatically routed to the "unapproved invoice entry" cue needs to be edited. To improve accuracy and efficiency, we'd like to suggest allowing hyphens and common special characters in the invoice number field. This would ensure that the uploaded data matches the hard copy, reducing re-work and manual corrections.
