When printing a report straight from the parameters window, the pop up box (containing the list of printers, the page numbers, and other options) is ALWAYS hidden behind the parameters window and the "processing" pop up window to the extent that the pop up box must be manually moved in order to select the printer options. Multiple times over the last several days, the print pop up box has been entirely inaccessible, or inadvertently moved to an inaccessible position, such that we are unable to close ANY Viewpoint window (the report, the parameters, the processing pop up, the "are you sure you want to cancel?" window) and our employees are having to open task manager to kill Viewpoint entirely. This has been occurring ever since an update was pushed a week or two ago.

yes please,
Yes this needs to be fixed. Always happens when I have AP Prepaid Transaction waiting to be processed right after the AP Transaction.
Yes this is a big issue! Often if I can't cascade the windows, I will get locked up due to this and I have to re-boot. When I set up a case I was told this was to be fixed - but we still have issues and it is slowing me down! Please FIX!
My computer keeps getting stuck. The report print screen pops up behind the Batch Process Screen and I can't access it. My computer gets frozen. These should pop up in front of the current screen instead of behind or at least make it accessible. This is extremely frusterating. I keep having to get IT to jump on my computer to fix it. This is getting costly..
This has been happening to my staff as well. I usually do the shift right click to Cascade Windows but it doesn't always work. Most people just reboot their entire computer because they don't know how to force close an application. Huge waste of time and cause of frustration.
I have been having the same issue with all sorts of commands as well (Ej: calculator), try the following steps to see if it will help you on the one you are having.
Press the ALT+TAB keys, this will show all windows open, then X out of the window (in your case the print one) to close it, then repeat the print request, this should make the print window show up in front of the rest of the windows. Good luck!!!
This has been occurring for our team also. Very frustrating!
