After converting to the Cloud version, there is no user information in the HQMA. Previously, the HostName included the user's computer name and the UserName field was populated. Now, the HostName is our customer ID number and the UserName shows the same or else it is blank. You can no longer see the user that made the change. This isn't helpful at all.

This is a support issue, I'd recommend opening a ticket. For our cloud clients, this is working as expected.
