When adding name and phone number under "Site Contact" for a new work order generated in SM Work Orders, there should be an option to automatically add as a selectable site contact. As opposed to opening HQ Contacts, adding the contact, then opening SM Service Sites, Contacts tab, then pulling in the contact from HQ Contacts... that's a long and drawn out process for each new Site Contact we receive.
