Too add light grey or any light color between lines to see better when doing payroll or any data entry, that also goes for the main screen (trying to find which program to open), being all white is hard to see.

I think it would be useful to minimize the eye strain and squinting.

  Have your administrator check the "alternate grid row colors" on your VA User Profile. I think that will do the trick!
