Default reviewers on work orders assigned from SM Service Site

From what I understand, When using the service management module inside programs our SM service sites have a field where we can assign a reviewer but it's just an informational field, when a work order is created it doesn't automatically populate with the reviewer on the SM service site and we have to manually add it. If we could get this to automatically generate with the ability to change later if we need to, when a work order is created to that service site it would save time for dispatchers instead of having manually touch one more thing.
