Force document acknowledgement

The Document Dashboard on the portal is very useful for distributing information like Employee Handbook updates but trying to get all employees to confirm they have received it is time consuming. If we could have a way to force them to acknowledge the document before they can move on to entering their time, it would be very helpful. It's too easy for them to ignore the red banner at the top of the screen.
