Import Materials to Existing PCO Items using PM Import Estimates

Currently the functionality from the Viewpoint product team is that when importing into a change order on PM Import Estimates, it will not import into an existing PCO Item despite having a lookup built into the form. For us, this can be a bit burdensome, as we provide the budget for the change order before it gets to engineering. When engineering goes to import the materials from CAD, they're unable to use the existing PCO Item and a new item is required to be created.

The suggestion is simple. Allow the import of material into an existing PCO Item.
