Require SAP Crystal Reports Verison 2020

Currently your documentation is telling us we need to use Crystal Reports 2016. The support from SAP for the 2016 version expired over a year ago. The EOL for Windows 10 ended just months ago. Crystal 2016 is not supported in Windows 11. You need to update so Crystal 2020 is supported and required. You are requiring me to use a software that is EOL and not supported, you will not support me with SAP Crystal if there is a configuration issue (according to the Manager Systems Support representative I spoke to), so how am I supposed to receive any support? We will need to update our computers to windows 11 so we can receive support for that - how do you want customers to handle this?
