Testing 2025.12 and noticed that when you deactivate a user and hit Save it immediately shows the Deactivated Date as unchecked ... apparently this is Working as designed but I feel it was designed wrong. This is visually confusing to the user. Either make the call to license updating as synchronous or present the user with a message while the update is happening so they are aware it saved.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
We are having same issue. It used to work that you click the deactivated checkbox and save.. but now the deactivated checkbox immediately shows as unchecked when you save. It is very confusing.
