Update AP Aged Open Payables Report to show full 30 characters of AP Reference #

The AP Reference # was updated to have 30 characters, the AP Aged Open Payables Report was never updated to reflect that full 30 characters. Support is recommending we use shorter AP Ref #'s so we can visually see them on the report. I am suggesting the canned report is corrected to reflect the updated field lenght.
