Add phase code to PO Initialize Receipts so the user can see which phases they are receiving against.

Phase codes are applied to material on purchase orders in PO Item Distribution.  When you are receiving against the purchase order in PO Initialize Receipts there is no column for phase codes so you can not see which phases you are receiving against.  This makes PO Item Distribution futile.
