Add a Per-User-Database option to show the 'Summary' bar at the bottom of the grid.

It would be very useful to see a summary of columns which have numeric values, at the bottom of the GRID view of user database grids. This is on be default in PR MyTimesheetApproval, and in quite a few other VP Standard forms. I'd love to be able to see it in user database grids as well.

  The ability to see this in ANY grid view for any numeric column, would be great!
