When creating custom forms or modifying validation on existing fields, we would like the ability to use validation that currently is implemented. For example, in Vista there is JCCo and Contract that get validated anywhere. It would be nice for us to set where we want it validated.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
Unfortunately, can't change the F4 lookup on procedure.
You CAN use the existing validations, you just have to figure out the name, and reverse engineer what variables are being passed to the procedure. Check out the 'Property Values' tab on an existing field with the validation, and scroll to somewhere near the bottom.
It's also a little risky, as they might change their own validation procedure. I usually make my own copy of their validation procedure, modify my copy if needed, and then use it.
