Change OS/supported software

• Vista does NOT support office 2007 and lower.
• Does not support windows 7 x86 (32 bit) and older OS.
• Vista does not properly identify windows 7 x64 version and installs in Program files (x86). When It does the user must rename VpClientUpdater_new.exe to VpClientUpdater.exe for it to work properly.
• When forms are not within s users security clearance, a
