Disable JB Progress Billing 'Billed Work Complete combined with billed...exceeds amount' pop up.

Would like the option to be able to disable the warning pop up in JB Progress Billing that states the following:  "Billed (ToDate) Work Complete combined with billed (ToDate) Stored Materials exceeds Total ContractItem amount."

  Agree. Can you simply highlight the line if it is overbilled?
