Minor issue, but why isn't the CONTACT key field up with the FIRM key field? If you look in the grid, it's pretty obvious that each row is a FIRM+CONTACT.
Again, not a big issue, but caused me a little confusion when I first started working with it.
This is the only place in VP that I've seen where the fields ABOVE the tabs (and to the LEFT in GRID) can be the same as you move across records.
