From AP Unapproved Invoice Review Screen, it would be nice to be able to add attachments without opening Invoice Setup. This would allow for example while approving invoices to attach relevant correspondent.

Thanks Greg. Sounds like you are saying that it's still not available in the base Vista software and that there is a solution available by purchasing the keystyle add-on (formerly a third party vendor)? If so, then I don't think a status of "already exists" is appropriate as this forum is for desired features in the Vista software.
What I mean to say is that you could answer almost every request on this forum with, it is already available via an add-on, either from viewpoint or a third party.

Viewpoint Financial Controls (formerly Keystyle Data Solutions) is an add-on to Vista. It extends Vista in some areas, such as this. Plus it adds to Vista -- for example, an HR portal for employees via browser. We added Keystyle to the Viewpoint family earlier in 2018.
Is Viewpoint Financial Controls freely available? It sounds like the original idea was based around users that only have the Vista software and it's an issue that I also have.
