Show Projected Units for a Phase Code in JC Progress Entry Screen

In the JC Progress Entry form, show Projected Units. Without knowing what additional Units are included in Change Orders, it makes it hard to accurately project % complete.

  It would also be nice if the % complete included other entries inside the JC Progress batch.
