Plugging Over/Under or a Production Rate "Locks" remaining/projected final cost

In PM Cost Projection, if a value is plugged in Over/Under or a production rate that the person wants carried forward to the end of the project, the value that is truly plugged is the Final Projected Amount for that Phase Code.  With the Final Projected Amount plugged, the production rate will be changed if a Change Order is applied that affects the Phase code with the plugged value.  Unless the person has kept good notes and re-enters the plugged value back into Over/Under or the Production Rate, the Cost Projection is not accurate.
