We think it would be very helpful to allow users to add notes / annotations to reports as they are previewed (after validating in the batch process area of all reports). This way, users will be able to add notes to the reports at the time of creation instead of needing to access HQ Batch Control to pull up the report and add notes that way (or by asking someone with access to HQ Batch Control to do it for them). The existing tools for annotations on existing attachments would be great.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
This would be nice for most screens to have help tips pop up that the user can add to.
