If for some reason a PM has changed Phase Codes or updated the original budget (through PM Import Estimate) multiple times without PM Interface being performed for that Project, PM Interface only reflects evidence of the first file. It shows one entry for Project Update. When you click the Preview button, it only lists the entries from the first activity that changed the Phase Codes or Budget. Without seeing all entries, there is no way to catch a situation where a file was erroneously processed multiple times in PM Import Estimate.
