Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

There's auto logout feature already so they may be able to re-use that for the log out warning.
"Keeping them out" can now be done via a "Allow Login" setting within the "Configure Viewpoint Remote Service" window.
If "Log-out users remotely" is implemented, please consider pushing a custom popup-message to the logged-in users so they can be alerted for timeframes or other important info.
Logging users out is a good thing, keeping them out would be better. We need to get them out and keep them out for a period of time, the maintenance window. We used to be able to prevent VP logins in the VP Remote service config, but that doesn't seem to work now.
We are looking at implementing a similar capability in our change window efforts. Which will give administrators the ability to prevent and force user log outs during maintenance windows.
Isn't this easily done through CW Manager --> Shadow --> Log Off?
