When initializing employees for 1095-C, it would be helpful to be able to include employees that did not meet the 30 hour per week rule.

We are self-insured and have employees that we must send a 1095-C but they are not included because of the 30 hours per week. Employees that were terminated but went on Cobra are problems because they have to be manually added every time we re-initialize after making a correction to another employee.
