It would be helpful to have a running balance on the GL Trial Balance account. We use this to identify where an account falls out of balance but some accounts have excessive movement and within a few months are in excess of 180 pages. This is extremely time consuming to manually check through. A running balance would assist in identifying where balance falls out. Alternatively a transaction report that shows all movement on any given GL account by selected period without having to drill down into every transaction by month,.
